Henan Taiguo Industrial Co., Ltd. custom-designed high-efficiency vacuum pressure impregnation equipment for wood preservation for a Russian lumber mill. The equipment, model DN1.5-6 (φ1500mm, length 6000mm), features a pressure-resistant, heavy-duty tank, a fully automated PLC control system, and a specialized heat-tracing and insulation design to withstand the upcoming winter. This project successfully achieved deep penetration of the preservative, significantly extending the service life of the pressure-treated lumber. The equipment demonstrated exceptional operational stability and reliability in the harsh cold climate.
