With rising global fuel costs, a large palm oil processing plant in Indonesia sought a heating solution that could efficiently utilize its own waste materials—such as palm kernel shells and palm fiber—to reduce production costs and make better use of agricultural waste.

This SZL series mobile chain grate boiler features a double-drum (upper and lower drums) structure, equipped with membrane water-cooled walls, and includes functions such as automatic fuel feeding, automatic dust removal, and automatic control;

The boiler efficiently utilizes the factory’s own palm shells and palm fibers, reducing fuel costs and promoting green, sustainable development. Its large heat exchange area and dual-drum design ensure robust and stable steam output, perfectly matching the process requirements of the sterilization tanks and maximizing oil extraction rates.
