A garment factory in Vietnam sought to upgrade its boiler system and contacted TGBOILER to purchase a 4 ton DZL series biomass chain grate steam boiler.

The boiler features a single-drum, combined water-tube and fire-tube design that balances rapid heat-up with high thermal storage capacity, ensuring more stable operation; It is shipped as a pre-assembled unit, resulting in an extremely short installation period; it offers strong fuel adaptability, capable of burning bituminous coal or various biomass pellets and wood chips; and features high thermal efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and low operating costs.

After the boiler was officially put into operation, the customer was highly satisfied with its high operational efficiency. The success of this project has further expanded TGBOILER’s market presence in Southeast Asia.
