A client in the Philippines operates a chemical plant. To reduce fuel costs and fully utilize fuels such as wood chips, rice husks, straw briquettes, and wood, the client contacted TGBOILER to purchase one YL(G)W series 2,400 kW biomass thermal oil boiler.

The YLW biomass thermal oil boiler uses high-quality corrugated coils to carry the thermal oil. It features a large heat transfer area and optimally spaced coils designed to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction; The boiler is equipped with an automatic traveling chain grate combustion chamber, enabling automatic fuel feeding, combustion, and ash removal; it also features automatic start/stop, freely adjustable heat transfer oil temperature, automatic temperature control, automatic overpressure/overtemperature interlock with chain stop protection, and a screen display showing system operating status, ensuring safe boiler operation.

The boiler was installed and tested under the guidance of engineers, and the client is very satisfied with its performance.
