Project Overview:

A food processing plant in Jamaica had an aging boiler that was highly energy-intensive. The plant contacted TGBOILER to purchase an energy-efficient, high-performance, and environmentally friendly natural gas steam boiler system.

Following discussions with the client, Henan Taiguo Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd. reached an agreement to supply a 2 t/h natural gas steam boiler. This boiler features a thermal efficiency of over 92%, low emissions, minimal environmental impact, and is equipped with a PLC control system, ensuring a high degree of automation, safety, and reliability.

The boiler has been successfully delivered to Jamaica, where engineers completed the installation and testing. It is now officially in operation, providing a stable and reliable steam heat source for the food processing plant’s production.
