Project Information:

A large palm oil processing plant in Southeast Asia sought to upgrade its boiler system to improve the utilization rate of agricultural waste and reduce pollution, and contacted TGBOILER to find a high-efficiency industrial boiler solution.

Based on the customer’s needs, TGBOILER recommended two 10 t/h SZL series biomass steam boilers (double-drum, chain grate boilers):

Operating two SZL boilers in parallel enables maintenance without shutdown and flexible load scheduling, ensuring the palm oil mill maintains maximum thermal efficiency during both peak and off-peak production periods. This effectively mitigates the risk of a complete production shutdown caused by a single boiler failure, making it the optimal configuration for ensuring continuous production and reducing energy costs.

In addition, these SZL series mobile chain grate boilers feature automatic fuel feeding, automatic dust removal, and automatic control functions;

the boilers are highly adaptable to various fuels, allowing full utilization of the mill’s palm shells and palm fibers, thereby reducing fuel costs and minimizing environmental pollution. They also ensure continuous and stable production operations, achieving a win-win outcome in both environmental and economic benefits.

Since the boiler was officially put into operation, the customer has been very satisfied with its high operational efficiency, and the success of this project has further expanded TGBOILER’s market presence in Southeast Asia.
